上海大学全球问题研究院院长、研究生院常务副院长、历史学教授。美国国务院富布莱特访问学者、上海市领军人才、曙光学者；国际全球学社群学术委员会委员、全球学国际高校联盟执委会委员；中国宗教学会理事、中国世界古代史研究会理事；上海市世界史学会副会长；第十三届全国政协委员。是教育部国别和区域研究中心上海大学土耳其研究中心主任，主持教育部重大项目“土耳其内政外交政策与中国‘一带一路’倡议研究”。主要研究领域：全球学、宗教与全球政治、西方社会文化史。

Prof. GUO Changgang is a professor of History, Dean of Institute of Global Studies, and Executive Vice Dean of Graduate School at Shanghai University. Professor Guo is also a Fulbright Scholar; Member of Advisory Board of Global Studies; Member of Steering Committee of Global Studies Consortium; Vice Chair, Shanghai Association of World History; and Member of the 13thChinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Professor Guo is the chief editor of the book seriesGlobal Studies ReviewandAnnual Report on Turkey’s National Development. His recent research fields are Global Studies, Ethnic and Religious Diversity in the Context of Globalization, and Western Social and Cultural History.
