安东尼欧·萨帕塔（Antonio Zapata Velasco），上海大学拉丁美洲中心特聘教授，美国哥伦比亚大学拉丁美洲史专业博士。曾在秘鲁圣马尔科斯大学、秘鲁天主教大学任职，负责拉丁美洲方面的教学与研究工作,同时也是秘鲁研究院（拉美著名智库）的高级研究员.安东尼欧教授是一位在拉丁美洲近现代史领域享有很高声誉的研究人员。曾主持多项秘鲁教育部、秘鲁国会、斯坦福大学与秘鲁研究院的多项课题，并撰写出版了《长期的不平等：秘鲁不平等的历史研究》、《不确定的世界：当代全球史》与《向右思考：知识分子与政治的历史》等二十余部著作。

Antonio Zapata Velasco，Distinguished Professor at the Center for Latin American Studies at Shanghai University and Doctor of Latin American History at Columbia University. He worked at the Universidad de San Marcos and Peruvian Catholic University, there responsible for teaching and research in Latin American Studies. He is also a senior researcher at the Peruvian Institute of Research (Instituto de Estudios Peruanos) and a researcher with reputation in Latin American modern history. He has conducted a number of research projects from the Peruvian Ministry of Education, the Peruvian Parliament, Stanford University, and the IEP. He has also written and published almost twenty books which includes Long Term Inequality: Historical Studies of Peru's Inequality, Uncertain World: Contemporary Global History, Thinking Right: The History of Intellectuals and Politics and so on.
