张金翠,2007年复旦大学国际关系专业博士毕业,现为上海大学社科学部副教授、南亚研究中心兼职研究员。主要研究方向为国际战略、中印关系和中美关系等。曾在《美国研究》、《外交评论》和《国际政治研究》等核心期刊发表论文数篇,出版学术专著一部。专著《美国对华军事制裁:从维护“人权”到防止“威胁”》曾入选社会科学文献出版社“2011年国际关系十大精品图书”。主持国家社科基金项目、上海市教委科研创新项目各一项。2016年1月至2017年2月,受国家留基委资助至美国马里兰大学公共政策学院、国际与安全研究中心访学一年。
ZHANG Jincui is currently an associate professor of International Relations at the School of Social Sciences, Shanghai University. She received her PhD in International Relations from Fudan University in 2007. At present, her research interests include Sino-Indian Relations, International Strategy, and Sino-US relations. In recent years, she mainly focuses on the disputes over transnational rivers between China and India. She is the author of the U.S Military Sanctions against China: from Defending "Human Rights" to Preventing "Threat" published by Social Sciences Academic Press of China. This book was awarded as one of "Ten Choice Books in International Relations in 2011". Her articles have been published in journals including the American Studies Quarterly, Foreign Affairs Review, International Politics Quarterly, etc. She is the recipient of one National Social Science Fund of China and one Innovation Program of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission. From 2016-2017, she worked as a visiting scholar sponsored by China Scholarship Council at School of Public Policy, Center for International and Security Studies of University of Maryland.
