山东大学南亚研究中心主任，上海大学南亚研究中心客座教授。研究方向为南亚政治经济与外交；政党政治；环境政治；亚非拉政治与外交；当代中国外交；组织理论与实践；主讲课程包括亚非拉政治与外交；全球史；国际战略学；南亚政治经济与外交；当代中国外交（全英文课程）；学术兼职：中国南亚学会理事。

Dr. ZHANG Shulan is Director of the Center for South Asian Studies at Shandong University and visiting professor of Center for South Asia Studies at Shanghai University. She got her Doctor Degree from History Department of Peking University in June 2002. Since December 2010, she has been a full Professor of School of Political Science and Public Administration, Shandong University. She is also a member of Chinese Federation of South Asian Studies and member of the International Association of Asian Scholars. As a Chinese scholar, she was a Senior Associate Membership of St Antony’s College, Oxford University，UK, from October 1st, 2006, to September 30th, 2007. She was also an Asian Fellowship, a Visiting Scholar in the Center for East Asian Studies, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, India, from January 19th 2008 to July 17th 2008.
